Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee performance management, appraisal systems, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll inputs, leave tracking, and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and foster positive employee relations.
- Coordinate staff training, seminars, and professional development programs.
Administration
- Oversee office supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and legal requirements.
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and documentation.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Support procurement and vendor management.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of HR and administrative experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Other System (preferred).
