The HR and Admin Officer will serve as a hands‑on HR Generalist responsible for managing end‑to‑end human resources functions while also handling Administrative and payroll coordination tasks. This role requires a 360‑degree multitasking HR professional who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment and can collaborate closely with management and accounting for payroll processing and release.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee Lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, performance monitoring, and off boarding.
- Implement and ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures and labor standards.
- Handle employee relations, including concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain employee records, 201 files, contracts, and HR Documentation.
- Assist in performance evaluation, attendance monitoring, and manpower planning.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor laws and government requirements (DOLE, SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG IBIG).
Payroll & HR Administration
- Prepare and process payroll computation (attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions).
- Coordinate closely with Accounting/Finance for payroll validation and release.
- Manage payroll‑related reports, adjustments and employee inquiries.
- Assist in the administration of statutory benefits.
Administrative & Office Support
- Handle general office administration and HR‑related supplies.
- Support Management with HR report, Documentation, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of all facets of HR (Recruitment, employee relations, payroll, admin, compliance).
- Payroll experience is required, including coordination with Accounting/Finance.
- Familiar with Philippine Labor laws and statutory benefits.
- Experience in retail, trading, or fast‑paced industries is an advantage but not required.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask independently.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
Willing to work onsite in NS Amoranto, Quezon City.
