Job summary

Hired Hub Ltd in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking an HR Officer with 3-5 years of generalist HR experience to support recruitment, employee relations and benefits administration. This on-site role will involve onboarding, maintaining employee records, and implementing HR initiatives to boost engagement.

The successful candidate will partner with management, ensure compliance with employment laws, and help deliver health benefits and company events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a retail or consumer environment.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both employees and management.
• Proficient in using HR-related software and technologies.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and priorities effectively.
• A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the HR team and the organization.
• Willing to work for 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday); transitioning into a 5-day work week.
• Onsite work only.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
• Onboard new employees and ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is complete.
• Administer employee benefits program, including healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
• Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns.
