Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in HR with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Significant experience in the construction industry or labor-intensive roles.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws (DOLE) and construction safety standards.
• Experience in progressive responsible management and leadership with program development and execution.
