Job summary

Viventis Search Asia in Makati seeks a Group HR Manager to lead full-spectrum HR operations across all group business units, reporting directly to the Owner. This hands-on leader will manage recruitment, compliance, payroll, and labor relations in a construction‑sector environment.

You will partner with the Owner on manpower strategy, oversee site and corporate recruitment, ensure DOLE compliance and payroll accuracy, implement KPIs, and drive staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have proven HR experience in the construction industry.
• 8+ years in HR with 4+ years managing all HR functions.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE site rules, and payroll.
• Direct experience reporting to a Business Owner or CEO.
• 100% Onsite in Makati City.

• Recruitment: Manage end-to-end sourcing for construction site personnel (engineers, managers, labor) and corporate roles.
• Comp & Payroll: Oversee payroll, statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and project allowances.
• Labor & Compliance: Ensure DOLE and Philippine Labor Law compliance; handle site grievances, due process, and safety standards.
• Performance: Implement KPIs, performance reviews, policies, and staff development
