Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment and placement of operations and field-based employees
- Process and monitor recruitment requests for office-based employees efficiently and timely
- Prepare and ensure accurate employment contracts
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment reports, talent database, and staffing communications
- Maintain files such as 201 files, training manuals, vehicle and insurance documents
- Assist in company-wide programs and activities to promote teamwork and camaraderie (e.g., town hall, team building, sports fest, year-end party, special events)
- Ensure employees receive office uniforms, IDs, etc.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance with suppliers, contractors, and building administrators
- Monitor and maintain monthly supply, allocation, and distribution of office supplies, medicines, and company equipment
- Handle telecommunication, office administration, machine/equipment concerns, and water supply
- Monitor company fixed assets and documentation of assignments
- Maintain and monitor contract renewals such as vehicle registrations and insurance
About You
The company is looking for:
- Female applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Completed at least 600 hours of HR internship or 6 months of HR-related work experience
- Willingness to be assigned onsite with flexibility to travel to Warehouse if needed
- Immediate availability to start
- Familiarity or experience in recruitment, timekeeping, employee records management, and supporting daily HR operations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Compensation & Benefits
- Work schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8 am-6:00 pm; Friday, 8 am-5 pm
