- Help shape the company's future by choosing new hires who fit both the role and our culture.
2. Employee Engagement – Make work better for everyone
- Plan, lead, and run your own programs and initiatives that boost morale — a chance to bring your ideas to life.
- Be the voice of employees: gather and analyze their feedback, act on it, and see the impact firsthand.
3. HR & Admin Operations – Keep things running smoothly
- Keep HR records accurate and up to date, building a strong foundation in HR best practices.
- Track and tabulate employee attendance and overtime (timekeeping) and learn the operational side of HR inside out.
- Handle day‑to‑day office, equipment, and admin requests (e.g., office supplies, ID issuance) and become the go‑to person who keeps the workplace running.
- Identify and drive continuous improvements to HR and Admin processes — put your own stamp on how things work.
4. HR Projects & Initiatives – Make your mark
- Take part in high‑impact projects such as policy updates, Code of Conduct revisions, and job description development — experience that builds your expertise in HR strategy.
