Designblue Philippines, Inc. is seeking a hands-on HR/Admin assistant to manage hiring, onboarding, payroll attendance, and government remittances for a small team in Makati. You will coordinate with external accountants, maintain 201 files, and ensure timely remittances to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
This onsite role reports to senior leadership and involves some travel to banks and government offices. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HR/admin, knowledge of Philippine labor law, and
You'll be the person who keeps Designblue running — hiring, onboarding, payroll attendance, government remittances, and the office itself. It's a small team, so this is one role, not a department.
₱28,000 to ₱32,000 a month, depending on your experience and what you bring, plus ₱2,850 a month in non-taxable allowances — rice, uniform and laundry — and a meal allowance for days you're in the office. Full-time, onsite Monday to Friday at our office in Salcedo Village, Makati.
We're a design and web development agency of about a dozen people. Our clients are banks, insurers, hospitals, airports and listed companies — Aboitiz Land, InLife Benefits, Mactan-Cebu Airport, RCBC, Robinsons. The people building those sites need someone making sure they get hired properly, paid on time, and remitted for correctly. That's you.
A normal month looks like this. You post an opening on Jobstreet and Indeed, screen who applies, and set up interviews. You prepare attendance for each payroll cutoff and send it to our outside accountants, then chase down anything that doesn't match before it becomes someone's short paycheck. You make sure SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions go out on time and that every employee's 201 file is complete. In between, you're running to the bank, keeping petty cash honest, and making sure the office is ready when a client walks in.
You'll work directly with the Managing Director and the Head of Operations. There's no HR manager above you and no manual to hide behind, which is exactly why this suits someone who already knows the Philippine basics and likes owning them.
The honest part: some days are all people and paperwork, and some days you're out at a government office for half the afternoon. If you like a job where you can see that things are in order because you put them there, you'll fit in here.
