Assist in recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
Prepare and update HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and company policies.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
Foster a positive working environment by promoting effective communication and resolving interpersonal conflicts.
Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Communication benefits information to employees and assist in addressing benefit‑related inquiries
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR and administrative processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support the performance management process by tracking employee goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
Assist in identifying training needs within the organization.
Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and performance.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of work experience in an HR generalist role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Willing to be deployed in Santa Rosa, Laguna (Main office)
Willing to start ASAP
