Valor Health Pharma Inc. is seeking an HR and Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support and handle HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance for the organization.

The HR and Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support, focusing on human resources functions and office operations. This role includes tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, office maintenance, and ensuring legal compliance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving while supporting the HR and administrative functions of the organization.
Hiring and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, conducting initial candidate screenings, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process for employees leaving the company, including conducting exit interviews, processing necessary documentation, and ensuring the return of company property.
Compensation and Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed about available benefits and assisting with the enrollment process.
Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing by accurately recording employee hours, leave requests, and benefits, and reporting this information to the accounting department.
Government-Mandated Compliance: Ensure compliance with local government regulations, including the timely submission of social security and other mandatory contributions.
Promotion and Demotion Processes: Assist the HR department in managing employee promotions and demotions by preparing necessary documentation and communicating the changes to affected employees.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records (201 files) in a confidential and organized manner.
General Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is functioning efficiently.
Office Maintenance: Ensure office facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and other office-related services.
Permitting and Compliance: Manage and track the necessary permits and licenses required for business operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations such as business permits, barangay clearance, FDA permits, fire permits, BOC-COR Importer registration, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordination with Attorneys and Management: Act as a liaison between the company, attorneys, and management for ongoing legal cases.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings for case updates, ensuring timely communication with all involved parties.
Document Handling and Coordination: Coordinate with attorneys for signatures, notarization, and other legal document requirements.
Case Management: Oversee the updates and progress of all ongoing legal cases, ensuring documentation is up to date and securely maintained.
Confidential Document Management: Maintain and manage all confidential files and legal documents related to company cases, ensuring compliance with privacy and legal standards.
