8990 Housing Development Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an HR Assistant to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and records management.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication. You will help maintain HRIS, prepare reports, and assist with office administration while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews)
Prepare employment contracts, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding documents. Also maintaining and update employee records, 201 files, and HR database.
Assist in timekeeping and attendance monitoring as well as in processing of employee movements such as promotions, regularization, or resignation.
Help in the preparation of HR reports (headcount, leave credits, quarterly meeting etc.)
Support performance evaluation process and training coordination
Handle payroll process and HRIS systems
Monitor office supplies and equipment; prepare requisitions when needed
Handle general clerical duties including filing, encoding, scanning, and photocopying
Organize and maintain office files and documents
Serve as a point of contact for maintenance and facility-related concerns
Ensure proper implementation of office rules and policies
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills as well as in decision-making
Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint,) and Canva
Trustworthy, Discreet, and can handle confidential information
Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
Knowledge of labor laws and government-mandated benefits is a plus
