Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end of the hiring process (preparing job descriptions, posting ads, doing preliminary screening and interviews, presenting eligible candidates to the hiring manager, doing background check on candidates, etc.)
Ensure proper onboarding of new hires
Employee Relations and Performance
Be the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and other HR-related queries
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Conduct HR administrative due process and prepare necessary correspondences
Evaluate employee performance and competence at work (includes monitoring and supervision of personnel)
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
Compensation
Process requirements of new hires for opening of payroll account
Prepare and process the payroll of employees
Process and ensure timely payments of government statutory benefit
Policy Implementation
Create, review, and improve HR / administrative systems, policies, and procedures
Create necessary Company communications such as notices and external letters
Develops and implements key performance indicators for each personnel
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Ensure company policies align with legal and regulatory requirements.
Administrative Task
Keep and maintain employee records and files
Generates report of employees data such as attendance and performance reviews
Oversee the handling of company events and other company-sponsored employee activities
Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, administrative services, and facility maintenance.
Organize physical and digital records of the company
Ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks
Process and secure permits, licenses, and registration on different agencies such as but not limited to: DTI-BPS, etc.
Ensure timely submissions and renewal in securing permits
Perform other related works that may be assigned by the Management
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, and HR operations
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Must be familiar and with knowledge of labor laws.
Good written and verbal communication skills
