Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a related role.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Team-oriented and customer-service focused.
Proactive and willing to learn.
Able to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Assist the HR Officer in recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, evaluation, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases.
Prepare employment certifications, memos, and other HR documents.
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee records.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Support the administration of employee benefits and government-mandated contributions.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and programs.
Support the HR Officer in handling employee concerns and disciplinary documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Assist during internal and external audits.
Provide administrative support to the HR Officer.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
