The Mansion Boutique Hotel Clark is seeking an HR/Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative and HR support for smooth daily operations. The role covers employee records, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and confidential handling of information.
Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, maintaining 201 files and HR documents, onboarding, attendance monitoring, payroll data accuracy, and producing HR reports.
The HR/Admin Assistant provides administrative and HR support to ensure smooth daily operations. The role assists with employee records, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and other administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and other HR documents.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, tardiness, and absences.
Assist in preparing HR reports, memos, notices, and other employee-related documents.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR concerns, requests, and company policies.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee information.
Prepare and organize government and employment-related documents when needed.
Assist in employee engagement activities, meetings, trainings, and company events.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department and management.
Handle filing, encoding, photocopying, and other office tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager or management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
With at least 1 year of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Knowledge of basic HR processes, employee records, attendance, and recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
