Job summary

SETH FOOD INTERNATIONAL CORP. in Metro Manila seeks a Chief Revenue Officer to maximize hotel revenue and profitability through integrated revenue strategies across rooms, F&B, events, and other facilities.

Lead pricing, marketing, and distribution to drive growth and direct bookings. The role requires 3–5 years of senior revenue leadership experience, strong analytics, and the ability to coordinate Sales, RM, Marketing and Reservations across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, hotel, business, finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of extensive experience in hotel revenue management, sales, marketing or commercial leadership.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, forecasting and distribution channels.
• Experience leading multiple departments or commercial teams.
• Excellent analytical, financial management, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with PMS, RMS and reporting tools.
• Strong business planning and decision-making abilities.
• Can Start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize hotel total revenue.
• Oversee revenue management, pricing and optimization of room rates and occupancy.
• Lead hotel sales strategies targeting corporate accounts, groups and individuals.
• Oversee marketing and distribution to increase direct bookings and control OTA costs.
• Manage occupancy, ADR and RevPAR, balancing rates with occupancy.
• Analyze revenue forecasts, budgets and profitability and adjust actions.
• Lead and develop Sales, RM, Marketing and Reservations teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and demand.
• Prepare revenue forecasts and business plans with Finance and management.
• Coordinate with GM and other departments to align revenue with service capacity.
