Grand Hyatt Manila, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is a premier luxury hotel in Manila with 461 guestrooms and extensive event spaces. We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Management to lead the hotel’s revenue strategy and maximize profitability across market segments.

This leadership role oversees pricing, forecasting, inventory management and distribution, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to drive sustainable performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in Revenue Management within upscale or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Advanced analytical and numerical skills to translate data into effective business strategies.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems, forecasting tools, and hotel distribution platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest commercial impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Hospitality Management or its equivalent is preferred.
