Job summary

SETH FOOD INTERNATIONAL CORP. seeks a Sales Manager to drive hotel revenue by selling rooms, event spaces, F&B packages, and related services from the Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar Sales Office in Quezon City.

You will build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers; manage group bookings; coordinate with Reservations, Marketing, and Operations; and lead the sales team to hit monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Experience handling weddings, events, group bookings and B2B sales.
• Experience achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Supervisory or team-leadership experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of room rates, occupancy and hotel revenue.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS, sales systems, and online booking channels.
• Able to prepare sales reports, proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop Sales Strategies: create and implement plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Generate Hotel Sales: promote rooms, packages, facilities, and event venues.
• Acquire New Clients: identify and contact potential corporate and individual clients.
• Manage Corporate Accounts: maintain relationships and negotiate rates and contracts.
• Handle Group and Event Sales: generate bookings for conferences, meetings, weddings, and seminars.
• Maintain Client Relationships: communicate regularly and address concerns.
• Monitor Market and Competitors: research pricing and trends.
• Coordinate with Other Departments: work with Reservations, Marketing, Front Office, Banquet, F&B, Finance.
• Monitor Sales Performance: track revenue, leads, and conversions; prepare forecasts.
• Manage Sales Team: lead, train, and evaluate sales staff.
• Support Marketing Activities: assist in promotions and campaigns.
