Quality Choices Corporation seeks a Chief Revenue Officer to maximize hotel revenue and profitability. The CRO will develop and oversee revenue strategies across rooms, pricing, reservations, sales, marketing, distribution channels, and other revenue-generating departments.

Key focus areas include revenue strategy, pricing optimization, OTA and direct-booking channels, and leadership of Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing and Reservations teams. ASAP start preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of extensive experience in hotel revenue management, sales, marketing or commercial leadership.
• Strong knowledge of hotel pricing strategies, forecasting and distribution channels.
• Experience leading multiple departments or commercial teams.
• Excellent analytical, financial management, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS, RMS and reporting tools.
• Strong business planning and decision-making abilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to increase total hotel revenue.
• Oversee room pricing, rate structures and revenue optimization.
• Lead sales strategies to attract corporate accounts, group bookings and individual guests.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and distribution channels to increase direct bookings.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR and RevPAR; balance occupancy and rates.
• Analyze revenue reports, forecasts and budgets; recommend corrective actions.
• Lead and coach revenue-related managers; align cross-department objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to maintain competitive position.
