Qualifications
- At least 6 months of BPO experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with hotel reservation inquiries and booking requests.
- Recommend room options, upgrades, and hotel services based on needs.
- Handle inquiries via call and email with timely, accurate booking details.
- Deliver exceptional service to create a seamless booking experience.
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
- Meet performance and service quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
