Job summary

ATAIN is seeking dedicated individuals in the travel industry to join our Blended Hotel Reservations team. You will assist guests with booking needs and travel inquiries, delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless booking experience.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, modifications, and cancellations, while meeting performance and service quality standards in a fast-paced environment. A stable night shift accommodation and competitive pay are available.

Qualifications

• 6 months of BPO experience
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays if required
• Preferably with sales experience (BPO or non-BPO)
• At least Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum), HS Graduate (Old Curriculum), or College Undergrad is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hotel reservation inquiries and booking requests.
• Recommend suitable room options, upgrades, and hotel services based on customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries via call and email, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation of booking details.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a seamless booking experience.
• Accurately process reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Meet performance and service quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
