Atain (formerly known as IGT Solutions) in Mandaluyong is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in the travel industry. You will deliver high-quality service and ensure a positive customer experience across inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

The role requires at least 1 year of hands-on call center experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience.
• High School Graduates with at least 1 year of call center experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Investigate and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Handling travel-related requests such as reservations, ticketing, rebookings.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
• Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures
