Caldwell Communications in West Avenue, Quezon City is hiring a Customer Service Representative – Hotel Reservation Account. You will assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications, and check room availability and rates.

No prior BPO experience required; high school graduates are welcome. This onsite role includes paid training from day 1, shifting schedules, and opportunities for career growth within a Manila-based client services team.
