Caldwell Communications is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Hotel Reservation Account. This onsite role in Quezon City offers a salary up to ₱26,000 per month and requires no prior BPO experience.

Paid training starts Day 1, with opportunities to grow as you handle bookings, cancellations, and inquiries while maintaining service quality targets. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma, good English communication, and basic computer skills, and are willing to work shifting
