Job summary

C.M. Pancho Construction, Inc. is seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to oversee hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services and basic F&B.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, have 5+ years of hospitality experience, demonstrate strong leadership and customer-service skills, and be willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays, preferably residing in San Rafael, Bulacan or nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant hotel, resort, or hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of hotel/resort operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and basic F&B.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle guest concerns and supervise staff effectively.
• Computer literate; knowledge in Microsoft Office and/or hotel management systems.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferably residing in San Rafael, Bulacan or nearby areas.
