• Knowledge of PMS, booking platforms, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across Admissions, Front Office, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Room Attendants.
• Ensure SOP compliance and coordinate across departments to maintain smooth workflows.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Oversee kitchen operations and monitor breakfast service; ensure food quality and cleanliness.
• Handle tenant complaints and special requests.
• Prepare weekly/monthly staff schedules; assign tasks and coach.
• Manage procurement and inventory for rooms, kitchen, housekeeping, and common areas.
• Assist in operational budgeting and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Submit operational and purchasing reports to management.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations compliance.
• Maintain records and monitor maintenance issues and room turnovers.
