Seda Manila Bay is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for creating a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

As a key member of the Rooms Division team, you will be responsible for supervising housekeeping associates, maintaining service standards in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the department's commitment to exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises daily housekeeping operations and ensure compliance with hotel standards
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality and cleanliness
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as needed
• Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and service issues
• Manage daily staffing schedules and work assignments
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation requirements
• Assist with operational duties during peak periods and support continuous service improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleanliness standards, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel systems is an advantage
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
