Job summary

C.M. Pancho Construction, Inc. is seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to oversee hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services and basic F&B.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, have 5+ years of hospitality experience, demonstrate strong leadership and customer-service skills, and be willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays, preferably residing in San Rafael, Bulacan or nearby areas.
