Job summary

Solano Hotel in Batangas is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, assign rooms and tasks to Room Attendants, and conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms, public areas, and facilities are clean and guest-ready.

You will monitor service quality, train staff, manage supplies, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, document records, and address guest concerns promptly.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Housekeeping Department. Assign rooms and tasks to Room Attendants and other housekeeping staff. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities. Ensure rooms are properly cleaned, organized, and ready for guest occupancy. Monitor the quality and efficiency of housekeeping services.

• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, amenities, and equipment

• Coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance regarding repairs and room deficiencies

• Handle and properly document lost and found items

• Address housekeeping-related guest concerns professionally and promptly

• Prepare and maintain necessary housekeeping reports and records

• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and housekeeping procedures

• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Management

About you

• At least 1–2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage

• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and room inspection standards

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and service-focused

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

• Must be willing to work in Lipa City, Batangas

• Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or a related course is preferred
