Job summary

Natural9 Corporation is seeking an HR Recruitment Assistant to manage end-to-end recruitment across our hospitality and F&B operations. You will source, screen, and interview candidates for roles from frontline staff to executive management, and maintain candidate data in an Excel-based ATS.

You will conduct background checks, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage candidate communications, and assist with onboarding for new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Recruitment Assistant or Recruiter in Hospitality or F&B.
• Experience sourcing for rank-and-file and executive/management roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for candidate tracking and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with background checks and reference verifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Willing to work in Rockwell, Makati and can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for frontline service to executive roles.
• Maintain candidate data and pipelines using an Excel-based manual ATS.
• Conduct manual background checks, reference checks, and verification of credentials.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications with timely updates.
