Job summary

Natural9 Corporation is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles, from sourcing to onboarding, coordinating with department heads to fill multiple vacancies. You will handle interviews, pre-employment documentation, and campus/job fair activities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in recruitment or HR, strong communication, and knowledge of DOLE regulations, with proficiency in MS Office and ATS usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience in high-volume hiring for hotel positions such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Engineering, and Security.
• Proven experience in sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding, and pre-employment documentation.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Experience conducting initial interviews and behavioral-based screening; experience organizing job fairs, campus recruitment, and local hiring initiatives.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and hiring conversion rates.
• Familiarity with Philippine Labor Code and hiring-related DOLE regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for recruitment tracking and reporting.
• Experience using job portals, social media recruitment, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and coordinate effectively with department heads.
