• Familiarity with job posting platforms, social media recruitment, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and applicant information with professionalism.
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to interact effectively with applicants, department heads, and employees.
• Willing to work on-site and support recruitment activities, job fairs, and hiring events when needed.
