Job Summary:
Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening applicants to interviews, job offers, and pre-employment endorsement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview qualified applicants.

• Coordinate interviews with managers, superiors, and division heads.

• Endorse qualified applicants for further assessment and final interview.

• Prepare applicant interview assessment reports and hiring recommendations.

• Coordinate with the training team regarding applicant requirements and onboarding.

• Monitor pre-employment requirements and applicant status.

• Prepare and coordinate job offers for selected candidates.

• Maintain recruitment records and trackers.

• Ensure timely hiring and smooth transition from recruitment to training and onboarding.
