Sotogrande Hotel and Resorts Group is seeking a detail-oriented HR Staff member to support HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and staff relations, while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and labor regulations.

The role involves assisting with onboarding, maintaining HR databases, payroll support, orientation coordination, handling inquiries on policies and benefits, and maintaining confidentiality across all HR activities within the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Previous HR experience in hotel or hospitality is advantageous.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude with attention to detail.
• Willing to relocate to any property within the group.

Responsabilités

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including postings, interviews, and hiring documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Assist with employee orientation and training coordination.
• Handle inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Prepare disciplinary documents, including NTEs and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, hotel policies, and company standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Support HR events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
