Sotogrande Hotel & Resorts is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure brand standards are met. You will lead front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership, and financial insight. Willingness to relocate to other hotel properties is required, with a focus on safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
• 2–5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and financial acumen within a hospitality setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills.
• Willing to relocate to other hotel properties; familiar with PMS systems.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and security departments.
• Monitor revenue, budgets, expenses, and financial reports to maximize profitability.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff while fostering a positive work culture.
• Welcome guests, handle VIPs, and resolve escalated service issues.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and manage corporate bookings to boost occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health regulations, building security, and fire safety.
