Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an HR Assistant in the Philippines to support a US-based hotel client. The role handles HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll data coordination across multiple hotel locations.

You will coordinate with onsite teams, maintain records, communicate memos and policies, and assist in recruitment support and investigations while ensuring confidentiality and high service standards. A customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience; exposure to US clients or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with HRIS/ATS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, updating, and maintenance of employee records and HR documents.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including gathering requirements, scheduling orientations, and completing paperwork.
• Help manage timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave tracking.
