Sotogrande Hotel and Resorts Group is seeking a detail-oriented HR Staff to support HR operations across its properties. The role involves recruitment, employee records management, payroll coordination, and staff relations while ensuring policy and labor regulation compliance.

Responsibilities include on-boarding, records maintenance, payroll support, orientation planning, and handling HR inquiries. Candidates should have a HR-related degree and hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR-related field or equivalent.
• HR experience in hotel or hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist with recruitment and on-boarding including job postings, interviews, and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Coordinate employee orientation and training logistics.
• Handle HR inquiries on policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Prepare disciplinary documents and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Support HR events and employee engagement activities.
