ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative in Laguna Calabarzon is seeking a Field Partner Associate to join our hospitality and tourism team on a full-time basis.

You will act as a vital link between our clients in the waiting staff and food service sector and our head office, helping ensure service excellence, maintain strong client relationships, and support operational effectiveness across venues in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality operations or similar field-based roles.
• Strong knowledge of waiting staff duties and service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate staff.
• Reliability, punctuality and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel between locations.
• Basic computer literacy for records and reports.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage waiting staff deployment across assigned hospitality and tourism venues in Laguna Calabarzon
• Ensure consistent service quality and adherence to client standards at all assigned locations
• Monitor staff performance, punctuality and professional conduct in the field
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our head office regarding staffing needs and service delivery
• Address client concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular site visits to assess working conditions and gather feedback from both staff and clients
• Maintain accurate records of staff assignments, attendance and performance metrics
• Provide on-site support and guidance to waiting staff to ensure compliance with service standards
• Report on daily operations and elevate issues requiring management intervention
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to support business growth and retention
