Job summary

ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE in Laguna Calabarzon is seeking a driven Sales Agent (Field Partnership). This full-time role focuses on building and managing strategic field partnerships, driving growth through relationship management and direct engagement with partners.

You will identify opportunities, present offerings, negotiate terms, and monitor performance while collaborating with internal teams. Travel within the Laguna Calabarzon region is expected as part of field visits to partner sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management or field partnership roles in manpower or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Target-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently in the field with team communication.
• Willingness to travel within Laguna Calabarzon.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish new field partnerships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners.
• Present products, services and partnership opportunities to prospective clients.
• Negotiate partnership terms and conditions.
• Monitor partnership performance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide ongoing support to partners.
