Job summary

D&L Industries is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to drive growth in HoReCa and Foodservice channels across Metro Manila and key provinces. You will lead direct account development, manage sub-distributors and dealers, and build relationships with culinary leads, purchasing managers, and commercial partners for our premium Oleo-Fats line.

The role requires 5–10 years of B2B sales and channel management experience, strong negotiation and forecasting skills, and willingness to perform field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HRM, Food Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–10 years of B2B sales and channel management experience in HoReCa, FMCG, or Food Ingredients/Distribution.
• Established network with major hotel groups, restaurant chains, and regional food distributors in Metro Manila and key provinces.
• Excellent negotiation, channel conflict resolution, presentation and sales forecasting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new direct accounts across hotel chains, restaurant groups, industrial caterers, and commercial bakeries; identify new distribution channels.
• Appoint, manage, and audit sub-distributors, regional dealers, and foodservice wholesalers; ensure sales targets, stock levels, and distribution coverage goals are met.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with direct HoReCa clients and distribution partners to secure client retention, repeat orders, and healthy channel margins.
• Partner with application chefs and product development teams to conduct baking/cooking demonstrations, product trials, and tailored product pitches for key clients and distributors' sales teams.
• Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize demand forecasting, stock availability, order fulfillment, and route-to-market distribution strategies.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle—from prospecting, negotiation, and distributor agreements to account reconciliation and payment collection.
