Job summary

Ace Promotion & Marketing Corporation is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to manage HoReCa portfolios in the Philippines. You will grow revenue by building relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and bars, and by identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring product availability, and driving sales initiatives to meet targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1-5 years in Key Account Management, B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably HoReCa/FMCG/hospitality.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HoReCa key accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, catering companies, and other foodservice establishments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business partners.
• Negotiate sales agreements, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand customer needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising across assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with HoReCa clients to develop sales initiatives and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service for timely order fulfillment and support.
• Monitor customer performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and regular performance reports.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and product launches.
