Auctane is seeking a Sales Development Representative in the Philippines to drive high-volume outbound outreach, qualify leads, and pass opportunities to the regional sales team. You will maintain SFDC data accuracy and leverage Salesloft for outreach while building rapport across channels.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in SDR/BDR roles, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to handle objections. The role emphasizes measurable activity, teamwork, and a fast-learning mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year experience in Sales Development or similar role.
• Experience with heavy outbound sales calls.
• Excellent telephone and personal demeanor.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to qualify accounts and uncover needs for solutions.
• Ability to overcome objections.

• Prospect, qualify and develop leads into sales-ready opportunities.
• Build rapport with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
• Call prospects and answer prospect calls.
