Ark One in Cebu City is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This role focuses on qualification and setting discovery meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities include researching target companies, identifying decisionmakers, conducting outreach, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in outbound B2B sales, lead gen, appointment setting, SDR/BDR roles.
• Experience using CRM tools to maintain prospect records and pipeline.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, preferably using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Eager to learn about technology solutions, ERP, and ICT services.
• Experienced sales professionals from other industries are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies within assigned industries/territories.
• Identify decisionmakers such as CEOs, CFOs, IT Heads, Finance Heads, Ops Heads.
• Prospect via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and databases to identify contacts.
• Conduct initial qualifications to understand company size, pain points, timing.
• Introduce Ark One's solutions at a high level.
• Handle objections and follow up persistently.
• Secure qualified discovery meetings for Account Managers/BDR.
• Maintain accurate prospects and activity records in CRM.
• Re-engage dormant leads and old opportunities.
