Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Operations Leadership or similar senior management role.
• Experience in a US-based solar company is highly preferred.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience, building operations from the ground up, with scalable processes.
• Strong background in operations management, stakeholder management, and leading high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience managing service delivery, workforce planning, and operational performance.
• Comfortable collaborating with global teams across different time zones.
• Experience with budgeting, cost management, or P&L is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR processes, employee relations, and workplace compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Drive execution of key initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Support) to keep everything running seamlessly.
• Build and manage strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and timely issue resolution.
• Work closely with global stakeholders to maintain alignment and consistency across regions.
• Track performance using KPIs and metrics, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Support budgeting, cost management, and overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace regulations, and support audits when needed.
• Provide guidance on employee-related matters, including performance, engagement, and escalations.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and take proactive steps to improve processes.
• Help scale operations by refining workflows, SOPs, and team structures.
