Job summary

Benchmark Health, Boston, is seeking a senior operating leader to run the business day-to-day, build scalable infrastructure, and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO on growth and fundraising. You will own operations and finance end to end, working across Clinical Operations, Data, Product, and Engineering with an outsourced finance partner.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and fundraising support.
• Track record of scaling a company and building teams.

• Healthcare or behavioral health familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations across the company and build a scalable operating cadence.
• Close gaps between Clinical Operations, Data, and Product to ensure clear ownership.
• Own vendor management and handle day-to-day legal and compliance matters.
• Lead the financial model and runway, coordinating with an outsourced finance partner.
• Build hiring plans and capacity models aligned with the business plan.
• Define growth and value-based care strategies with leadership.
• Design the org structure and people systems to scale with the company.
