High Scale is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to strengthen the operational backbone of a fast-growing, data-driven agency. You will design scalable systems, implement KPI frameworks, and partner with leadership to optimize hiring, performance, workflows, and HR processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Operational Excellence, PMO, or similar leadership roles.
• Experience in a BPO, outsourcing, shared services, or other highly process-driven organization.
• Proven ability to implement operational improvements with measurable business impact.
• Strong ability to design scalable systems, documentation, and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design Better Business Systems: optimize workflows and develop scalable SOPs.
• Build High‑Performance KPI Frameworks: define KPIs and create dashboards for visibility.
• Strengthen HR & People Operations: improve onboarding, performance, and lifecycle processes.
• Drive Operational Excellence: lead cross-functional initiatives and automate repetitive tasks.
• Partner with Leadership: provide data-driven recommendations to executives.
