Job summary

Our Clients seeks a strategic Head of Operational Excellence and Systems in Mandaluyong to oversee improvement initiatives, restaurant management systems, and governance. The role coordinates Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Procurement, Inventory, and Commissary functions to drive efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10–15 years in operational excellence or related functions.
• At least 7 years in leadership roles overseeing managers or large teams.
• Experience in multi-site environments (QSR, hospitality, retail).
• Proven ability to standardize processes and implement enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operational excellence and systems strategy.
• Lead initiatives to improve restaurant productivity and service consistency.
• Oversee process design, standardization, and governance across stores and supply chain.
• Manage restaurant management systems and related tech platforms.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and rollouts.
• Establish policies, controls, and performance guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and KPIs.
• Strengthen inventory processes and operational controls.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for performance monitoring.
• Identify automation opportunities and support digital transformation.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee vendors, partners, and implementation providers.
• Lead change management, training, and user adoption.
• Mentor the Operational Excellence and Systems team.
• Oversee project portfolios, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide strategic recommendations on systems investments.
