Our Clients seeks a strategic Head of Restaurant Systems and Process Improvement in Mandaluyong to lead the organization’s restaurant management systems, governance, and cross-functional process enhancements. The role focuses on optimizing store productivity, inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and scalability across stores, commissaries, inventory, supply chain, and support functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in restaurant systems, process improvement, operational excellence, inventory management, ERP/RMS, or related functions.
  • At least 7 years of leadership experience, preferably managing managers or large cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in restaurant operations, QSR, food service, retail, hospitality, or other multi-site environments.
  • Proven experience in restaurant systems management, process redesign, continuous improvement, and enterprise-wide systems implementation.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, supply chain processes, and operational controls.
  • Experience with ERP, RMS, POS, automation, analytics, and system integration projects.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, analytical, and financial management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong people leadership, vendor management, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the restaurant systems and process improvement strategy.
  • Oversee the organization’s restaurant management systems, operational technology, and process governance.
  • Lead the assessment, redesign, and standardization of restaurant, commissary, inventory, and supply chain processes.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, cost control, and operational performance.
  • Lead RMS, ERP, POS, and related systems implementations, upgrades, integrations, and rollouts.
  • Ensure that systems are aligned with operational requirements and business process standards.
  • Establish governance frameworks, policies, SOPs, controls, and system operating standards.
  • Strengthen inventory management processes, data accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting controls.
  • Drive automation, analytics, and technology-enabled process improvement initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor systems and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Commissary teams to address process and systems requirements.
  • Oversee vendors, system providers, technology partners, and implementation consultants.
  • Lead change management, user training, communication, and systems adoption initiatives.
  • Manage project priorities, budgets, resources, risks, and implementation timelines.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Restaurant Systems and Process Improvement team.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to executive management regarding systems enhancements and process improvement investments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.
