Job summary

Our Clients seeks a highly experienced Head of Business Process Transformation to lead organization-wide initiatives in redesign, efficiency, systems integration, and digital transformation. You will evaluate current processes, identify improvements, and implement scalable solutions across restaurant operations and supply chains.

The role collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Commissary teams to drive sustainable transformation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Operations/Information Systems or related field.
• 10-15 years in business process transformation or similar.
• 7+ years in leadership, managing managers or large cross-functional teams.
• Experience in restaurant operations, QSR, or multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's business process transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end process reviews, mapping, gap analysis, and redesign initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen controls.
• Drive standardization and integration across operations, inventory, and supply chain.
