Our Clients in Mandaluyong is seeking a Restaurant Management System Senior Manager to oversee RMS performance and improvements across stores and commissaries.

The role focuses on inventory, reporting, controls, and business processes, leading system projects, governance, and cross-functional initiatives to boost efficiency and user experience. You will drive adoption through training and collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, information systems, or related field.
• 8–12 years’ experience with RMS/ERP/POS or related systems in hospitality or retail.
• 5+ years in managerial or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and reliability of the Restaurant Management System across stores and commissaries.
• Lead system enhancements, integration, testing, and rollout activities.
• Translate business needs into RMS solutions and improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Commissary teams.
• Ensure inventory management, reporting, and controls are accurate.
• Develop dashboards and actionable insights for management.
