You will build scalable processes, leverage AI-powered approaches, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize pipeline and regional impact. Philippines-based leadership with regional scope offers a dynamic growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Experience leading lead generation, business development, or inside sales teams across multiple markets.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of developing talent.
• Ability to implement data-driven processes and use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity.
